摘要 教师专业发展动力是推动教师不断进步的力量所在。以《论语》为文本,解读了作为"万世师表"的孔子的发展动力,主要包括:立定志向、爱生如己、反躬自省和践履行动。基于此,教师专业发展的内源性动力包涵:树立远大理想、热爱学生、自我反思、教学实践。通过教师专业发展内源性动力的揭示,能更加有效地促进教师的专业发展。 Teacher professional development motive power has become the focus of scholars attention at present. It's the key power which promote teacher to get development. Based on the text of Analects of Confucius ,the chapter ana- lyst the development power of Confucius ,which concluded with make an aim in life, love students as yourself, reflect in yourself and put into practice. Based on this, the endogenous power of teachers' development contained with : establish lofty ideals; take care of students; self-reflection; teaching practice. By revealing the endogenous power of teachers' professional development , it can contribute to effectively promote the teachers' professional development.
