Teacher professional development motive power has become the focus of scholars attention at present. It＇s the key power which promote teacher to get development. Based on the text of Analects of Confucius ,the chapter ana- lyst the development power of Confucius ,which concluded with make an aim in life, love students as yourself, reflect in yourself and put into practice. Based on this, the endogenous power of teachers＇ development contained with ： establish lofty ideals; take care of students; self-reflection; teaching practice. By revealing the endogenous power of teachers＇ professional development , it can contribute to effectively promote the teachers＇ professional development.
