新建本科院校大学生励志教育探析——以贵州师范学院为例

摘要 励志教育能唤起大学生的自主意识和成就动机,有利于培养大学生的自我规划能力和自我管理能力,能最大限度地激发大学生的潜能。新建本科院校部分学生由于高考失误或调剂录取等原因,存在人生观、价值观偏离等现象。因此教育过程中可采取因人而异、躬身力行、榜样示范、理论与实践相结合等途径对大学生开展励志教育。 Inspirational education arouses college students' independent consciousness and achievement motivation, helps to develop college students' self - planning and self - management ability and can maximize inspiring their potentials. Some undergraduates, due to the failure in college entrance examination and adjustment in admission, deviated from the outlook on life and value. Therefore, in the course of education, different students should be taken into consideration, great efforts should be taken, and theory and practice should be combined to carry out inspi- ration education for students.
