摘要
《幼儿园教师专业标准》是国家对合格幼儿园教师专业素质的基本要求,以此为依据,对学前教育专业的人才培养目标定位、课程体系建构、课程实施方案、课程质量评价策略进行了构建,以期提高幼儿园教师的职前培养质量。
Kindergarten Teachers Professional Standards is the basic requirements for qualified kindergarten teachers'professional qualifies. Based on it, the paper establishes the target positioning of personnel training, the construction of curriculum system, and the quality of curriculum evaluation strategy, in the hope of improving the training quality of the kindergarten teachers.
