主要运输机巷水膜除尘技术研究及应用

摘要 为了有效控制巷道内煤尘的运移扩散,降低矿井煤尘危害,通过在巷道内悬挂一定孔径的网帘,并在网帘顶部设置喷淋装置,喷淋水在网帘细孔上形成大断面水膜,利用水膜的吸附和阻挡作用达到净化风流的目的;同时依靠喷淋水的冲刷作用,清洗网帘上滞留的煤尘,达到巷道内有效控尘的目的。针对徐家沟煤矿主要运输巷道的实际情况确定了最佳水膜孔径并进行了试验研究,试验结果表明:水膜除尘系统对全尘除尘率最高可达到95.5%,平均为88.3%;呼尘除尘率最高达到94.2%,平均为85.2%;且水膜除尘系统对巷道内风阻变化影响较小。该方法操作简单,适用性强,具有广泛的推广应用价值。 In order to effectively control the diffusion of roadway dust migration, Reduce the hazards of mine coal dust, Through suspension the mesh screens with aperture in the roadway. According to Xujiagou coal mine main haulage roadway conditions to determine the optimum water membrane pore size and experiment, The test results in- dicate that: The highest dust removal of rate total dust is 95.5%, average is 88.3%. The highest dust removal rate of respirable dust is 94.2%, average is 85.2%.And the windage change is tiny. The method has the advantages of simple operation, strong applicability. It has a broad ap- plication value.
