摘要
在电子产品研发和电子测量技术中需要测定电容的大小,设计安全、可靠、便捷的电容测试仪具有重要的意义。系统硬件采用:555定时器作为信号采集模块、AT89S51单片机作为信号处理器模块,软件采用Keil4.0为仿真平台,使用C语言编程编写了运行程序,可以分档测量1.0nF-10.0uF范围的电容。经测试表明:系统的误差小于0.5%,符合设计的预期要求。
Determination of capacitance is required in the electronic product development and technology of electron measurement. The design of safety, reliable, convenient capacitance tester has important significance. The hardware of the system adopts: 555 timer as signal acquisition module, AT89S51 chip as a signal processor module, software uses Keil4.0 as simulation platform, the use of C language programming written operating procedures, can be classified measure the range of 1.0nF-10.0uF capacitor. The test results show that: the system error is less than 0.5%, consistent with the expected design requirements.
