摘要
根据国家电网信息化管理系统,标准化、集成化、平台化的发展方向,结合电量采集系统及线损管理系统的建设现状和应用需求,文章提出了地县一体化建设的思想。本文重点对该平台建设的三个主要问题进行了研究,即地县一体化建设模式、基于CIM的公共信息平台、基于电力设备的线损对象模型的自动抽取和关联等。
According to State Grid information management system, the development direction of standardization, integration. platform,combined with construction status and application requirements of power energy collecting system and line damages management system,this article raises the idea of district＆county integration construction.This artictle mainly refers to three parts of platform construction.That is pattern of district＆county integration construction, public infor- mation platform based on CIM. auto extraction and association in line damages model of electric equipments.
