摘要 我国3-35kV电力供电系统过电压类型主要分为:雷电过电压、操作过电压、弧光过电压及谐振过电压等,目前尚无针对这些过电压的完整保护方案,经常会发生电缆放炮、电动机绝缘击穿、避雷器爆炸和电压互感器烧毁等事故。此类事故的发生除了与系统装设的过电压保护产品性能有关外,系统本身的复杂性也有着影响,难以孤立使用某种或某几种过电压保护产品来全面抑制系统过电压。针对目前中低压系统过电压防治现状,近年来,先后出现的两种新型过电压保护装置——消弧柜和过电压抑制柜,已在用户系统得到了应用。文中对以上两种过电压保护装置进行了分析比较,并给出了相关结论。 The overvoltage type of 3-35kV power supply system in China is divided into: lightning overvoltage, switching overvoltage, arcing overvoltage and resonance overvoltage. There is still no complete protection scheme against overvoltage, it leads to accidents like cable blasting, motor insulation breaking down, arrestor exploding and potential transformer overburning. The occurrence of such incidents is not only about the properties of products it related to the overvoltage protection system installed, but also has an effect from complexity of the system itself. It is hard to restrain the system's overvoltage comprehensively only by using some or certain kinds of overvoltage protection products. As for the overvoltage control situation of the current medium-low voltage system, it has turned up two new types of overvoltage protection devices- -arc elimination cabinet and overvoltage suppression cabinet, it has applied in the user's system. These two overvoltage protection devices are analyzed and compared in this text, and the relevant conclusions are given.
