摘要
随着自动化技术的发展,生产过程中具有多功能的复杂仪表回路越来越多。对这样的回路如何调校调试无规程可循。这些回路千差万别,研究探索一套调校调试方法显得尤为重要。本文以供热系统常见的典型仪表回路为例,剖析已成功应用的多功能回路调校调试方法。
With the development of automation technology, complex instrument loop with multiple functions is increasing in the production process. How to calibrate and debug the loop has no rules to follow. The loops differ in thousands of ways, research to explore a set of method of calibration and debugging is very important. This paper takes common typical instrument loop on heating system as an example, analyses the successfulled applied method of calibration and debug- ging of multi-functional loop.
