摘要
目的科学评价专科层次临床医学专业(全科医学方向)课程改革的中期效果。方法采取基础医学和临床医学综合试题150题,对本校2010级临床医学专业学生95人、临床医学专业(全科医学方向)学生72人在第4学期末同步测评,了解学生对临床医学专业核心知识点的掌握情况。结果基础医学和临床医学综合考试两专业学生综合成绩与正确应答率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两专业学生在8门基础医学和9门临床课程的正确应答率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论专科层次临床医学专业(全科医学方向)课程改革不会影响学生对临床专业核心知识点的掌握。因此,改革专科层次临床医学专业的课程设置,根据全科医师工作任务和职业能力构建课程体系,按照全科医学方向培养是十分必要而可行的。
Objective To scientifically evaluate the middle effect of curriculum reform on clinical medicine of college level general practice. Methods The synchronous test was conducted among the 95 students from Clinical Medicine of 2010 grade and the 72 students from General Practice of 2010 grade at the end of the 4th semester. Totally 150 questions of basic medi- cine and clinical medicine were included to learn the situation of the students' mastering clinical medicine core knowledge. Results No statistical difference (P 〉 0. 05) was found in the total mark and correct rate of questions, and no statistical difference (P 〉 0. 05) was found in the correct rate of questions of 8 basic medicine courses and 9 clinical medicine courses between Clinical Medicine students and General Practice students. Conclusion The curriculum reform of General Practice cannot affect the students to master the clinical medicine core knowledge points. So it is important and necessary to reconstruct the curriculum sys- tem of General Practice according to the practitioner work task and professional ability.
