摘要
目的建立大规模人群的重大传染病研究生物样本库,为重大传染病前瞻性研究做储备。方法研发有效的样本管理系统,将样本条形码和采集对象居民身份证关联,运用数据库接口技术将生物样本库管理系统和实验室信息系统及居民健康管理系统对接。结果建立起可容纳150 000人队列研究的多中心生物样本库,并同步收集研究对象的问卷调查及体格检查信息。结论传染病研究生物样本库收集的样本和相关信息为传染病研究提供了有益的资源。涵盖样本的采集、运输、处理及存储、查询等全流程的传染病生物样本库管理标准操作规范的制订,对生物医学发展有着深远影响。
Objective To establish a large - scale biobank to serve perspective study of major infectious disea- ses. Methods A robust inventory system was developed for maintaining a detailed and securing data audit trail. Additional data were extracted by linked to Residents' Health Management System and Laboratory Information System through correlating bar code to participant's ID and database interface technology. Results A multiple - center biobank for Cohort study of 150 000 partici- pants was set up, And the baseline data were synchronously collected from information of questionnaires and physical examina- tion. Conclusion The relevant data and samples collected in the biobank on infectious diseases presents a beneficial source, and the standard operating procedures, which include the samples' collection, transport and processing, as well as storage and re- trieval, are of profound impact to the development of biomedicine.
