心血宁片联合缬沙坦分散片治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

The Efficacy of Combined Therapy of Xinxuening Tablets and Valsartan Dispersible Tablets on Essential Hypertension

目的观察心血宁片联合缬沙坦分散片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选择2010年2月—2012年4月我院门诊就诊的高血压患者108例,按自愿原则分为治疗组(54例)和对照组(54例)。对照组患者给予缬沙坦分散片80 mg,1次/d;治疗组在此基础上给予心血宁片0.81 g,3次/d。疗程8周。记录并比较两组患者治疗前后的血压、血脂及血液流变学指标变化情况。结果 (1)治疗后,两组患者的临床疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗前收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组SBP和DBP均较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗前,两组患者的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,和对照组比较,治疗组患者的总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗前,两组患者的全血高切和低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,和对照组比较,治疗组患者的全血高切黏度、血浆黏度水平下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血宁片联合缬沙坦分散片可有效控制血压、调节血脂和降低血液黏度,且能改善患者的临床症状,从而达到良好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinxuening Tablets combined with Valsartan Dispersible Tab- lets in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods A total of 108 patients who visited our outpatient between February 2010 and April 2012 were assigned into a treatment group （ n = 54） and a control group （ n = 54） based on their own choice. The subjects in the control group were given Valsartan Dispersible Tablets 80 mg, 1/d. The subjects in the treatment group were giv- en Valsartan Dispersible Tablets 80 mg, 1/d plus Xinxuening Tablets 0. 81 g, 3/d. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Blood pressure, blood lipid, and blood rheology were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results The combined therapy of Valsartan Dispersible Tablets and Xinxuening Tablets had better clinical efficacy than the sin- gle therapy of Valsartan Dispersible Tablets （P 〈 0. 05）. Before the treatment, no significant differences were observed between the two groups in systolic blood pressure （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high -densi- ty lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL - C）, total blood high/low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, and fibrinogen （P 〉0.05）. Af- ter the treatment, patients in the treatment group had lower SBP, DBP, total cholesterol, triglyceride, total blood high shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, and higher HDL - C than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xinxuening Tablets com- bined with Valsartan Dispersible Tablets can effectively control blood pressure, regulate blood lipids, reduce blood viscosity, and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with primary hypertension.
