摘要
目的观察阿托伐他汀和贝那普利对高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、血脂水平和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法将114例高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各57例。治疗组给予阿托伐他汀(10mg/次,1次/d,口服),贝那普利片(5mg/次,1次/d,口服);对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片(100mg/次,1次/d,口服),卡托普利片(12.5mg/次,3次/d,口服)。均治疗6个月,观察治疗前后血压、颈动脉IMT、血脂水平及hs-CRP的变化。结果治疗后两组收缩压、颈动脉IMT、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清hs-CPR比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀和贝那普利能有效控制高血压患者的血压水平,调节血脂水平,改善高血压患者颈动脉IMT,抑制炎症反应,延缓颈动脉内膜的增生。
Objective To observe the effects of atorvastatin and benazepril in hypertensive patients on carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT),blood lipid levels and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Methods 114 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group,57 cases each.The treatment group received atorvastatin(10mg/each time,1 time/day,orally),benazepril tablets(5mg each time,1 time/day,orally);control group was given aspirin enteric-coated tablets(100mg each time,1 time/day,orally),captopril tablets(12.5mg each time,3time/day,orally).6 months of treatment,observed the blood pressure,carotid IMT,lipid levels and hs-CRP changes before and after treatment.Results After treatment systolic,blood pressure,carotid IMT,total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),serum hs-CPR of two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin and benazepril can effectively control the level of blood pressure in hypertensive patients,regulating blood lipid.
