心房性心肌病心房重构的常见机制及治疗研究进展

Common Mechanism of Atrial Remodeling of Atrial Cardiomyopathy and Progress in Its Treatment

高血压、风湿性心脏病、心房心肌梗死、快速性房性心律失常是导致心房不良重构,继而出现扩张性心房性心肌病的常见原因,心房扩大与心房纤颤、心力衰竭等心血管事件相关。心房性心肌病心房重构早期往往是可逆的,故早期识别并进行干预具有重要意义。本文就上述常见疾病引发心房性心肌病的机制及治疗原则进行概述,供临床借鉴。

Hypertension, rheumatic heart disease, atrial infarction, rapid atrial arrhythmia are the common causes leading to adverse atrial remodeling, followed by expansionary atrial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Atrial enlargement is related to atrial fibrillation, heart failure and other cardiovascular events. Early remodeling of atrial cardiomyopathy is often reversible. So its early identification is very important. This paper reviews the mechanisms causing atrial cardiomyopathy and its principle of treat- ment.
