服务社会管理,是检察机关面临的一项新的任务,需要在实践中不断探索,拓展更有效的方法和途径。在强化法律监督职能的基础上,完善和推进社会管理创新机制,凸显检察工作的延伸功能,卓有成效地提升社会管理工作水平,维护社会的公平和正义。

Service society management is a new task faced by the procuratorate and needs to be explored in practice and de- mands more effective methods and ways. On the basis of consolidating legal supervision duty, social management innovation mechanism should be perfected and pushed forward to highlight the extension function of the procuratorate, to effectively promote social management work and to maintain social fairness and justice.
