On Cultivation Consolidation of College Students` Volunteerism from Three Perspectives

本文从社会文化、高等教育、个人认知等方面审视大学生志愿精神的影响因素,通过营造志愿文化氛围、改革人才培养模式、引导志愿者自我教育等路径加强大学生志愿精神培育,确立全面整体的观念,正确处理不同角色的协同作用。

This paper examines the effecting factors of college students＂ volunteerism from the perspective of social culture, higher education and personal cognition, then points out that the paths such as creating volunteer culture atmosphere, reforming talents cultivation mode, guiding self-education of the volunteers can be used to strengthen volunteerism cultivation, to set up o- verall and holistic volunteerism idea and to properly deal with the coordination between different characters.
