摘要
组织二元性的研究已经逐渐成为管理研究中关注的热点。然而,已有研究缺乏与实际案例的深度结合,也未能重视企业对外部创新资源的整合,忽视了创新型企业的开放性。通过对海尔集团的案例分析,从情境二元性和结构二元性两个方面搭建基于二元性视角的创新型企业组织架构,有利于中国企业的管理实践。
The organizational ambidexterity has become the focus of management research nowadays. However, the extant literature lacked the deep combination with case study, and also ignored open innovation and external innovation resources. This paper, through the case study of Haier Group, sets up a novel organization structure of innovative enterprise from two aspects of contextual ambidexterity and structural ambidexterity based on ambidexterity theory, which is conducive to the practical management of Chinese enterorises.
