医疗服务业是关系国计民生的重要行业,如何优化配置医疗资源一直是众多学者关注的焦点。国外将运营管理应用于医疗服务业的历史已有百年,本文对运营管理在国外医疗服务行业应用的相关文献进行梳理,回顾了运营管理在医疗服务行业的发展演变以及各个阶段的研究成果,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。

Healthcare service industry is an important industry to the national economy and people＇s livelihood, and how to optimize and allocate the healthcare resources is always the focus of scholars. Operation management is applied in healthcare services industry in foreign countries has gone through a hundred years of history. Based on the summary of foreign relevant literatures, the paper first reviews the development evolution of operation management research in healthcare services industry and the research contents in every stage, and then points out some future research directions and research problems.
