摘要
组织中"扶弱抑强"现象屡见不鲜,但相关研究因过于简单而缺乏应有解释力。有鉴于此,本文在考察M&D公司的高层管理发展路径的前提下,构造能有效解释企业客观事象的"1+2"额外奖励模型,通过推导与理论演绎,得出委托人理应首选"强者引领,弱者要强"的政策安排;同时指出,即便对弱者扶持,没有理由使之与强者投入产出的差异超过初始代理人边际产出的差异。这些结论的形成对企业委托代理机制研究具有一定指导意义。
With the aid of the related references of the phenomenon "supporting the weak and restraining the powerful", as well as the investigation of the development path of senior management in the corpo- ration of M&D, this paper establishes a relatively complicated model, hoping to explain effectively the obiective matters in the corporation. Through reasoning and theoretical deduction, this paper achieves some significant conclusions.
