十一酸睾酮对正常男性精子发生的影响(4例报告)

Effect of testosterone undecanoate on spermatogenesis in four healthy Chinese men

为了解肌注十一酸睾酮对男性精子发生的影响以及所用剂量对人体是否有毒副作用。作者对 4例健康男性每月肌注 5 0 0mg十一酸睾酮 ,直到严重少精症或无精症。每月随访了解有无不适反应、精子变化和血清生殖激素的水平。结果 2例用药 5月时达严重少精症 ,3例用药 3～ 6月时达无精症 ,停药后无精症可持续 3～ 5个月。在注药期开始后 6～ 9个月精子密度恢复到正常 ,未发现近期毒副反应。随访期间血清FSH、LH、精子密度、精子活力呈现一致的变化。作者认为十一酸睾酮 5 0 0mg肌注未发现对人体近期毒副作用 ;十一酸睾酮通过抑制下丘脑 垂体

In order to study the effect of Testosterone Undecanoate (TU) on spermatogenesis in normal healthy men and toxic and adverse effects of TU on male body.500 mg TU was given to four healthy men by intramuscular injection monthly until severe oligozoospermia or azoospermia achieved.Follow up was held monthly to identify the feelings of the subjects and changes in semen analysis and serum reproductive hormone levels.Results showed that two men had severe oligozoospermia at the fifth injection,azoospermia began at 3～6 months of injection in three men and persisted up to 3～5 months.The sperm count returned to normal level at 6～9 months from commencing the first injection.No adverse effects were found in the study.There was a parallel changes in FSH,LH,sperm concentration and sperm motility during the follow ups.Authors think that 500 mg TU given by intramuscular injection monthly had no adverse effects on male body in the study period.TU may influence endogenous secretion of FSH and LH to regulate spermatogenesis in men.
