医学是一门实践科学,医学教育必须在培养学生坚实的理论基础外,重点培养其临床能力。在研究生的临床实践中,我们既要重视知识的传授,又要重视能力的培养和素质的提高。在培养过程中,特别强调培养他们的沟通能力,提高临床专业理论水平,强化临床技能,训练临床医学思维能力,让医术和医德相结合,培养出优秀的高层次临床医学人才。

The medicine is a practical science. This requires that medical education must focus on training its students not only the theoretical foundation but also the clinical ability. In the clinical practice, it is necessary to emphasize imparting of the knowledge, but also attach importance to develop the clinical a- bility and improve the quality. It is necessary to emphasize training their communication skills, impro- ving theoretical level of clinical medicine, enhancing clinical skills and correct clinical thinking methods during training process.
