丙酮酸抗休克的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 丙酮酸（pyruvic acid）是生物体系中重要的有机小分子物质,是细胞进行氧化供能过程中起关键作用的中间产物.它不仅存在于人体细胞内,还广泛存在于苹果、奶酪、黑皮、红酒等食品中.既往研究表明,丙酮酸具有加速脂肪消耗、增加活动欲望、增强耐力、降血糖、降血脂、消除或抑制自由基、抗疲劳等诸多生理功效.近年来它的抗炎及细胞保护作用逐渐被证实.
