摘要
本文针对团队共享心智模型的各种影响因素,运用多层次模糊评价的方法,对团队共享心智模型进行综合评价,结果表明个体因素和团队因素是影响团队共享心智模型的2个主要因素,个体因素中的团队领袖对于团队共享心智模型具有重要作用,而团队沟通和团队冲突则是在团队层面上影响团队共享心智模型的关键;对江、浙、沪等地企业的高层梯队共享心智模型的实证研究结果表明,高层梯队共享心智模型仅为一般水平,因此为了促进高层梯队共享心智模型,应充分发挥出高层梯队领袖的重要作用,培养积极向上的组织文化,营造轻松、和谐的团队氛围,鼓励各种认知冲突,抵制情感冲突,以促进高层梯队内部的团队沟通。
This paper put various influencing factors of team shared mental models into account,used multi-level fuzzy evaluation to evaluate team shared mental models comprehensively.The results showed that individual and team were two main factors which affected team shared mental models,team leader played an important role for team shared mental models among individual factors,however team communication and team conflict were the key to team shared mental models in the plane of team;the empirical research about upper echelons in the areas of Jiangsu province,Zhejiang province and Shanghai City showed that upper echelons shared mental models was only general level,in order to promote upper echelons to share mental models,it should play the important role of upper echelons' leader,cultivate positive organizational culture,create a relaxed and harmonious team atmosphere,encourage all kinds of cognitive conflicts,resist emotional conflicts,so that promoted team communication among upper echelons' members.
