摘要
随着时代的进步,组织的发展建设已不能仅仅依靠设备、资本等硬实力,软实力在推动组织的可持续发展中起着越来越重要的作用。本文在对组织软实力的内容深入分析的基础上构建一套组织软实力的评价指标体系,通过层次分析法确定各项指标的权重,最终采用模糊综合评价法对组织软实力的水平作出评价,以期对实践中的组织合理评价自身软实力,不断提升自身核心竞争力提供借鉴。
With the progress of the times,the development of construction organization has not only depend on the equipment and capital,hard power.Soft power plays a more and more important role in promoting sustainable development of the organization.After deeply analyzing the content of soft power,this paper is to organize the construction of evaluation index system of soft power,determine the weight of each index by AHP,and evaluate the organization's soft power using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.With a view to the practice of the organization reasonable evaluation of its soft power,this paper will improve their core competitiveness for reference.
