The tendency of internationalization of higher education is increasingly obvious. According to the new changes and issues, the university library is required to enhance the attractiveness of international users and to expand its functions of borrowing services, reader work, information retrieval, reference services and so on, thereby achieving library＇s function expansion in aspect of resource sharing and integration, field interaction and tech- nical support.
