The Impact of Economic Transition Order on Transition Effect:A Reflection into China's Transition Mode

我国的经济体制改革已进行了30余年,在经济转轨的过程中改革要遵循怎样的顺序,即价格改革与企业改革何者先行,在上世纪80年代中后期曾引起学者的广泛争论。对总供求的分析以及对价格改革优先和企业改革优先两种情况分别进行讨论,结果显示:在经济转轨过程中应是企业改革优先,价格改革在总体上应略微滞后于企业改革,甚至是作为企业改革的一个配套措施。这个观点得到中国改革实践的验证。

China＇s economic system reform has undergone over 30 years.However,in the late 1980s,there had been extensive debates among researchers about what order the reform should follow,namely,which one should be the first in terms of price reform and enterprise reform during the process of economic transition.Based on the analysis of total supply and demand and the discussion on the two situations of price reform priority and enterprise reform priority,the paper concludes that during the process of economic transition,enterprise reform should be a priority,and price reform should slightly lag behind it,or even should be regarded as a supporting measure to it.This assumption has been tested by the Chinese reform practice.
