摘要
对中国农业劳动力现状特点和当前农民教育培训情况进行研究分析,并结合对其他农业强国培育职业农民的情况进行调研研究,分析其成效,为中国职业农民的培养提供借鉴,为决策提供参考。
Current status of the agricultural labor and the farmer education in China were analyzed in this study.Meanwhile,mechanismsofprofessionalfarmercultivationinsomeotherforeigncountrieswithwell-developedagriculturewerealsoinvestigated,theenlightenmentfromwhichprovidedreferencefortheprofessionalfarmer’ seducationinChina.
