Reading and Subjective Sense of Happiness of University Students

通过对中国大学生的阅读问卷调查,探讨阅读与大学生主观幸福感之间的关系。研究结果表明:性别、专业背景、学历等人口学特征影响大学生的阅读行为;阅读对大学生主观幸福感中的积极情感和生活满意度有显著正面影响,对消极情感有显著负向影响。

To explore the relationship between reading and subjective sense of happiness,we use reading questionnaire to make investigations among university students.The results indicate that： demographic variables such as professional background、 education and gender affect reading activities;reading has a significant impact on the positive emotions and life satisfaction and a significant negative impact on the negative emotions of the subjective well-being of college students.
