高校图书馆员职业倦怠心理探析

Study on Psychological Burnout of University Librarian

高校图书馆是学校的文献信息中心,是为教学和科研服务的学术性机构,是学校信息化和社会信息化的重要基地,高校图书馆的管理工作是学校教学科研的重要组成部分。而高校图书馆员则是这一重要基地的管理者,馆员的素质直接影响着图书馆"窗口"的整体形象。但由于诸多原因,使部分图书馆员产生倦怠心理,从而表现出一系列消极情绪,给图书馆的形象及服务水平带来负面影响。在分析了高校图书馆员职业倦怠心理产生原因的基础上,有针对性的提出克服措施。

Library is any colleges’ documentation and information center as well as an academic institution for teaching and research.It is an important base of the school and school information technology.The staffs of the library are of great importance to the school’ s teaching and research.Librarians are the main source of the staffs,and their personal characteristics have direct impact on the overall image of the whole library.However,few of the librarians have psychological burnout more or less for various reasons;therefore,they have a series of negative emotions.These take harmful effect on the image and service of the library.Based on the source of the librarians’ psychological burnout,the paper puts forward the measurement to the problem.
