摘要
以3-(-甲氧基)亚甲基苯并呋喃-2(3H)-酮、4,6-二氯嘧啶及甲醇为原料,在强碱的作用下一锅法合成(E)-2-[2-(6-氯嘧啶-4-基氧基)苯基]-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯。对合成路线进行了研究和优化,确定了最佳反应条件,总收率83%。该方法操作简单安全,三废少,适合工业化生产。
(E)-2-[2-(6-chloropyrimidin-4-yloxy) phenyl]-3-methoxyacrylate is synthesized from 3-(?- methoxy) methylene benzofurans-2-(3H)-one, 4,6-dichloropyrimidine and methanol in the presence of strong base by one-pot reaction. The synthetic route were studied and improved. The optimal reaction conditions were determined by and the total yield of 83% was obtained. The improved synthetic process is simple and safe, producing little industrial waste, which is suitable for industrial production.
