舒林酸的核磁共振波谱研究

摘要 应用1D NMR和脉冲梯度场2D NMR技术(gCOSY,gHSQC,gHMBC)深入研究了舒林酸(Sulindac)的结构,并对它的1H和13C NMR化学位移进行了全归属。 The structure of Sulindac was elucidated by 1D NMR and 2D NMR techniques (gCOSY, gHSQC, gHMBC). The 1H and 13C chemical shifts of the compound were assigned.
