摘要
应用红外光谱与热重法对新疆沙尔湖褐煤的主要分子结构和热解特性进行研究分析。研究结果表明:沙尔湖褐煤的芳香度低,缩合结构少,脂肪烃类结构相对较多;煤的热失重过程分为3个阶段,第1个阶段为干燥脱气阶段,其他两段为煤热解阶段,其中中温段热解反应最剧烈,活化能也最大;煤粒径大小和升温速率均对煤热解产生明显的影响。同时采用Coast-Redferm积分法对煤的热解进行动力学分析,得到了煤样热解的动力学参数。
The main molecular structure and pyrolysis characteristics of the lignite originated from Shaer Lake area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were investigated by methods of infrared spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis in this paper. The results showed that for the lignite in Shaer Lake area had a low aromatic degree with less cyclic condensation structure and more aliphatic hydrocarbon structure. Additionally, TGA process of the lignite was divided into three stages: the first stage was the drying and degassing stage whilst the other two stages were called pyrolysis stages. The most dramatic pyrolysis reaction occurred within the intermediate temperature range with the biggest activation energy. The results also showed that both the particle size of lignite and heating rate had significant impacts on the coal's pyrolysis. Meanwhile, the kinetic parameters of the pyrolysis of lignite were obtained through the kinetic analysis based on the Coast- Redferm integral method.
