浅析烟煤黏结指数测定的影响因素

Disscusion on Influencing factors in the determination of the caking index of bituminous coal

为了探讨和分析烟煤黏结指数测定的影响因素,针对专用无烟煤的质量、采样、制样、化验分析过程进行了大量的试验研究。试验研究结果表明:专用无烟煤的质量、采样和制样中的不规范操作、烘干时间和煤样粒度等因素对黏结指数测定的影响较大,而化验分析对黏结指数测定的影响相对较小。

In order to explore and analyze the influencing factors in the determination of caking index ot bitummous coal, me special anthracite was studied in this paper based on a lot of experiments from the aspects such as sample quality, sampling, sample preparation, testing and analysis process. The results showed that factors like quality of special anthracite, non-standard operation of sampling and sample preparation, drying duration and grain size of coal samples really affected the determination of caking index significantly, meanwhile, the laboratory analysis affected the determination of caking index slightly.
