摘要
针对芦岭选煤厂入选原煤的原生煤泥含量大的状况,采用SDMC400型煤泥重介旋流器回收粗煤泥。对该煤泥重介旋流器单机检测数据的分析表明,该重介旋流器在芦岭选煤厂的应用效果良好,可提高煤泥回收能力及缓解浮选系统的压力。
Because of the high coal slime content in the raw coal in Luling coal preparation plant, this paper adopted the SDMC400 dense medium cyclone to recover coarse coal slime. The analysis on the testing data from one of coal slime dense medium cyclones showed that, it had good application effects in Luling coal preparation plant, the recovering capability of coal slime could be increased and the pressure of flotation washing system could be released.
