晋阳选煤厂节能降耗措施实践分析

Analysis on practice of energy saving and consumption reducing in Jinyang coal preparation plant

以太原煤气化集团公司晋阳选煤厂为研究对象,针对晋阳选煤厂"十一五"末的能源、水资源、重介质的消耗现状分析企业的节能潜力,从节水降耗、节电降耗、减少介耗等方面提出节能降耗的措施建议,并对采取措施后的主要能耗指标变化情况进行了相应分析。

Taking the Jinyang coal preparation plant of Taiyuan Coal Gasification Group Company as the research object, in view of the current status of consumption of energy, water, heavy media in Jinyang coal preparation plant at the end of ＂llth Five-Year＂, the energy-saving potential of the coal preparation plant was analyzed in this paper. Measurements for energy saving and consumption reducing were proposed from aspects of water saving, energy saving, reduction of medium consumption etc. Moreover, the changes of main energy consumption index after taking these measures were analyzed.
