抑菌微生态制剂替代饲用抗生素技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 本课题筛选抑菌活性高的乳酸菌菌株和芽孢杆菌菌株,研究其代谢产物抑菌效果和抑菌谱,对抑菌谱不同的芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌复配,试验在动物上的效果。通过实验筛选抑菌性芽孢杆菌B7348和乳酸菌LP-11,将二者合理搭配可替代饲用抗生素在饲料中的使用。在提高机体抵抗力,减少发病率方面,已达到和超过饲用抗生素的效果。 This topic aims to sift lactic acid bacteria strains and bacillus strains with high activities of bacteria resistance. The effects of their metabolic product on bacteria resistance and antibacterial spectrum were studied, the bacillus and lactic acid bacteria Was matched which will have different antibacterial spectrums. Their effects on animals was daetcted. The bacillus B7348 and lactic acid bacteria LP11 with high activities of bacteria resist- ance were selected through the test, The matched bacillus B7348 and lactic acid bacteria LP11 can replace the use of antibiotics in animal feed. Its effect was ketter than feed antibiotics in terms of improving the body resist- ance and reducing incidence of diseases.
