摘要
针对高压断路器电动机机构的特殊应用场合,设计了无刷直流电动机转子位置检测和信号调理电路。介绍了高压断路器无刷直流电动机机构和无刷直流电动机转子位置检测技术,分析了高压断路器分/合闸操作各个阶段对速度的要求,并根据给定的40.5 kV真空断路器短路状态下电动机侧理想分/合闸速度特性曲线,对设计的电动机机构位置检测电路进行相关的实验测试。实测结果表明,所设计的电路能满足断路器操作的要求。
Designed for special application environment of the high voltage circuit breaker motor brushless DC motor rotor position detection and signal conditioning circuit. First, a simple introduction to the institutions of brushless DC motor and brushless DC motor rotor position detection technology of high voltage circuit breaker. And then analyzes the speed requirements of high-voltage circuit breaker during different stages when closing and opening. According to the last given opening or closing speed of the features curve under 40.5 kV vacuum ideal points of breaker short-circuit state motor, designs motor institutions position detection circuit and experimental test. The experimental results show that the design circuit can meet the circuit breaker operating requirements.
