为克服现有采掘设备操作箱通用性不强、接线复杂、硬件购置费用大的缺点,设计了一种基于Modbus通信协议的操作箱。详细介绍了软、硬件设计过程。实际应用表明,该操作箱使用方便、通用性强、工作可靠。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the conventional mining equipment operation devices, such as the problem of versatility, complicated wiring, the large hardware consumption, one operation device based on Modbus protocol is designed. The design process of hardware and software are described exactly. The practical application shows that the operation device is easy and versatile to use, and works reliable.
