基于自然软开关变流技术的并联型HAPF结构研究

摘要 为降低有源电力滤波器的逆变器损耗,并联型HAPF结构在动态补偿电网谐波的过程中,将自然软开关变流技术引入到HAPF中,其软开关条件是在拓扑自然换流时刻产生的,不依赖于谐振参数,也不存在由谐振因数带来的电流或电压应力问题。在控制算法上采用基于锯齿载波的空间电压矢量法,丰富了传统的PWM调制理论。通过Matlab仿真及系统样机实验表明,该并联型HAPF结构不仅补偿效果良好,而且使逆变器的开关频率实现了高频化,大大提高了系统效率。 In order to reduce the active power filter inverter losses, the natural soft switching generated through topology natural commutation moments during the process of dynamic compensation parallel HAPF structure, and does not depend on the parameters of the resonance. And also there is condition is harmonic for no current or vohage stress that is brought by the resonant factor. The control algorithm uses space voltage vector method based on sawtooth carrier, which enrich the traditional PWM modulation theory. By the Matlab simulation and prototype experiment, the parallel HAPF not only has good compensation performance, but also make the switching frequency of the inverter realize high frequency and greatly improves the efficiency of the system.
