摘要
为了减小主斜井带式输送机的投资成本,分析了影响成本的主要因素,提出通过优化托辊间距来减少托辊数量来减小投资成本。托辊间距通常都是由辊子轴承的承载能力和输送带的下垂度决定,根据主斜井带式输送机倾角大、张力变化大的特点,提出采用1.5 m间距布置承载分支、3 m间距布置回程分支的方案,通过数据计算和实例分析,结果证明这一方案是可行的。
In order to reduce the investment cost of the main incline shaft belt conveyor, analyzes the main factors affecting the cost, proposes the scheme that by optimizing the distance between idlers, to reduce the investment cost and also reduce the number of idlers. The idler spacing is usually determined by the carrying capacity of roller bearings and belt conveyor sag. Therefore, according to the main inclined shaft belt conveyor inclination tension changes features, 1.5 m spacing arranged bearing branch and 3 m spacing layout backhaul branch program are proposed. Through data calculation and instances, the results prove that the program is feasible.
