摘要
根据计算应力的幅值大小,矿用硬齿面齿轮运用强度分级的方法进行选材是较科学、合理的方法之一。含Ni、Cr量高的低碳合金钢热处理工艺较为复杂,介绍一种不含冰冷处理的改进热处理工艺,降低了生产成本。生产实践证明,热处理后的齿轮性能可靠,质量稳定。
According to magnitutde value of calculated stress, the mine surface-hardened gear uses strength grading methods. Materials selection is one of the scientific and reasonable methods through strength grading methods. The heating treatment process is more complicated of low carbon alloy steel with Ni, Cr. Introduces one improved heating treatment process without cold quenching, which reduces production cost. The practical proves that the performance of gear is reliable and has stable quality after heating treatment.
