摘要
科学地利用心率变化情况进行有氧耐力训练监测,对于广大基层速度滑冰教练员是简单、实用和可行的训练方法。通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,阐述了公式法、生理反应法、呼吸变量法等心率无氧阈测算方法;并对心率无氧阈、心率负荷与训练强度的关系等问题进行了研究;基于心率无氧阈分析,提出了培养青少年速滑运动员有氧耐力的心率负荷带训练模式,心率负荷训练间歇模式,以及不同年龄的青少年速滑运动员有氧耐力训练的心率负荷参考值对应表。
For the grass -root speed s kating coaches, monitoring the aerobic endurance training to scientifi- cally use change of heart rate is a simple, pratical and feasible training method. With the methods of docu- mental information and logical analysis, the paper expounded formula, physiological reaction, respiratory variables and other methods of heart rate anaerobic threshold. And it has a research on the problems of the relationship of heart rate anaerobic threshold, heart rate loads and training intensity. Based on the analysis of heart rate anaerobic threshold, it proposes the heart rate loads band training mode and the interval mode of heart rate loads training, and different ages teenage speed skaters' heart rate loads reference table of aerobic endurance training.
