摘要
我国短道速滑项目虽然已经步入世界强国之列,但是男子项目和女子项目发展不够均衡,尤其是男子项目在李佳军退役后出现后继无人的局面。选取黑龙江省短道速滑队优秀男运动员8名,进行夏季训练的生理生化监测,系统地研究优秀男子短道速滑运动员夏训期间的机能变化特征。结果表明:血清肌酸激酶在常规负荷强度及负荷量的共同作用下变化幅度不大,但在大力量训练后会出现血清肌酸激酶急剧增加;训练平均负荷强度超过65%以上时,负荷量的增大会引起血尿素的增加,而负荷强度的改变并没有引起血尿素的明显改变;在夏训的1~2周会出现血红蛋白的下降、随后3~5周血红蛋白会急剧上升的特点。
Chinese short track speed skating has entered into the ranks of world power, but the development of Chinese men and women events is unbalanced, especially the men event lacks of qualified successors after LI Jia -jun retired. By monitoring the physiological and biochemical change of best 8 men skaters from Hei- longjiang team in summer training, the paper systematically researches the functional change characteristics of excellent male short track speed skaters during summer training. The results show that the serum creatine kinase in the combined effects of conventional load intensity and load magnitude has little change, but it has a sharp increase after intensive training; When the average load intensity training is more than 65%, the in- crease of load magnitude will cause the increase of blood urea, and the load intensity' s change doesn' t cause the significant change of blood urea; Hemoglobin shows the characteristics which decline in 1 - 2 weeks and increases sharply after 3 - 5 weeks of summer training.
