摘要
在70℃下,脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺与五氧化二磷以1:1.5质量比的混合物反应2h,然后在相同温度下水解2h,制得脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯添加剂。脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯具有很好的油溶性和防锈抗腐蚀性,能显著改善150SN基础油的最大无卡咬负荷和烧结负荷,降低磨斑直径。脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯与油酸或硬脂酸辛酯复合具有协和效应。
The mixture of fatty acid diethanol amides with phosphorus pentoxide in a mass ratio of 1:1.5 reacted 2 h at 70 ℃, then hydrolyzed 2 h at the same temperature, and fatty acid diethanolamide phosphate additive was obtained.The fatty acid diethanolamide phosphate with good oil-soluble and antirust & anti-corrosive properties could significantly improve the last seizure load and the weld load, reduce the worn scar diameter of 150SN base oil.The fatty acid diethanolamide phosphate complex with oleic or stearic acid octyl ester had good synergistic effect.
