Establishment of Vegetable Quality Safety Traceability System in Tianjin

可追溯体系作为控制农产品质量安全的有效方法在国内外已开展了相关研究和应用。本文结合天津市蔬菜质量安全的现状,在分析可追溯系统发展的基础上,构建了天津市蔬菜可追溯系统框架,设计了加密的追溯码。通过在11个区县和4家超市的应用,带动了蔬菜安全生产及可追溯基地建设,保障了蔬菜质量安全。

Traceability system is studied and applied at home and aboard as an effective method to ensure farm products safety.In this study,according to vegetable quality safety situation in Tianjin,structure of Tianjin vegetable traceability system was established and encryption traceability code was designed based on analysis of system development.By application in 11 counties and 4 supermarkets,bases construction for vegetable safety production was driven and quality was ensured.
