玻璃窑炉烟气脱硫固废的回收及利用

摘要 以Na2CO3为脱硫剂的喷雾干燥法烟气脱硫工艺,会产生大量含有Na2SO4、Na2SO3等成份的脱硫固废,通过水溶解、溶液预处理、蒸发结晶、脱水干燥制得高纯度的无水Na2SO4,既解决了脱硫固废堆放、处理的难题,又可将制得的无水Na2SO4作为原料应用于玻璃原料和建筑墙体材料等,实现了脱硫固废的循环经济利用。 A large amount of solid waste which consists of Na2SO4 . Na2SO3 was released from spray drying process of flue gas desulfurization technology by taking Na2CO3 as desulfurizing agent. High purity Na2SO4 can be obtained from the solid waste through the process of water-resolution, solution-pretreatment, evaporative crystallization and dehydration. The obtained NaiSO4 can be used as glass-making materials and wall materials. This technology solves the problem of solid waste stacking and realizes cyclic utilization of solid waste.
