摘要
针对某船用锅炉控制系统运行中间的非正常熄火及工作压力剧烈波动的故障,通过控制系统运行参数在线监测和模拟信号试验,得出故障是由控制系统软件与硬件参数设置的不匹配造成的。这为今后该控制系统软件与硬件参数的匹配调整和锅炉的优化燃烧提供了途径。
There are such failures as abnormal flameout and working pressure quick fluctuate in the operation of ship boiler.Through online surveillance of the control system operating parameters and analog signal experiments,it is found out that the reason of the failures is mismatching of control system software and the setout of hardware parameters.This paper provides technical approaches for adjustment of control system software and hardware parameters as well as combustion optimization.
