双壳油船液货泄漏机理及预防措施探究 被引量:1

摘要 针对双壳油船在恶劣海况下可能泄漏的问题,分别对泄漏发生在船底和舷侧进行了研究。并就此建立了实验平台,模拟了油船在晃动环境下的泄漏行为。最后,提出了减少溢油的方案。 Aiming at the problem of which double hull tanker probably divulges in rough sea condition, the leakages in the bottom and side are studied. And an experimental platform is established. Divulging behavior under oil tanker moving environment is simulated. Finally, the scheme to reduce oil spilling is presented.
