摘要
沈阳油田油品特点是高含蜡、高凝固点,开采过程需要伴热,生产能耗较高。随着油田进入中高含水开发阶段,油井含水上升、液面降低,具备冷采条件的油井也越来越多。通过室内和现场试验,分析了真空隔热油管的保温性能,证实了应用真空隔热油管实现高凝油冷采的可能性,对指导高凝油油田实现冷采提供了理论依据。
The oil characteristic of Shenyang oilfield is high wax content, high freezing point, so the mining process needs heat tracing and production with higher energy-consumption. As the oilfield enters the middle and high water-cut developing stage, the water-cut of oil well is rising and the liquid level is dropping, so there are more and more oil wells with cold mining. The insulation of vacuum insulated tubing has been analyzed by indoor and field testing in this paper. It shows that the cold mining for high freezing point oil can be realized by using the vacuum insulated tubing. The theoretical basis to guide cold mining for high freezing point oil has been provided in this paper.
