酒店管理专业“顾问型”人才培养模式探索

摘要 在酒店业迅速发展,人力资源严重不足的背景下,酒店教育专业迅速发展,为酒店业提供了有力的人才保证。我国各类高职院校酒店管理专业在人才培养方面做了很多有益的探索,虽然取得了一定的成效,但仍存在着定位过宽、定位过高、定位过低的问题,忽视了高职院校"高技能型"专门人才中"技能"的培养,导致专业人才流失严重。通过调研十堰市的几家高星级酒店,从专业人才培养定位和培养模式上初步探索构建酒店管理专业的"全学期渐进式顾问型"工学交替人才培养模式。 Hotel Management Specialty has had a fast development and provided restaurants and hotels with lot of high--quality personnel. Many universities and colleges have made lot of exploration in personnel training mode of hotel management specialty with some certain achievements, while there are big problem in the position which overlooked the cultivation of skills that led to a serious brain drain. The author has made a research among starred hotels in Shiyan City, studied relevant literatures and other scholars' research and produced consultant--type personnel training mode.
