摘要 文章介绍了一种基于S7-400H PLC和WinCC的煤矿通风机变频集控系统的硬件和软件设计。该系统是为神华集团某煤矿通风机改造而设计,现已成功应用,从实际应用情况分析,该系统的节能效果显著,并且能够对通风机运行的各种数据进行实时监测、报警,可靠性高。 This paper described a hardware and software design of mine ventilator variable - frequency control system based on Siemens S7 -400H PLC and WinCC. The system is designed for the reformation of a Coal Mine in Shenhua, which has been successfully applied. From the practical application point of view, this system has remarkable energy sav- ing effects and it also can monitor and alarm all kinds of data of ventilator in real - time, therefore, it has high reliability.
